Dear valued customers,
As you can imagine, the past year has been extremely difficult for small businesses, especially small artisanal meat producers. The increase in raw material, transportation and labour costs has made it impossible to continue operations in its current form.
For these reasons, we have made the difficult decision to pause operations until we find a suitable and sustainable path forward.
We are currently looking for alternative options including finding a
manufacturer that could replicate our products and produce with the
same level of care and precision as we have.
